Role

You will work directly with the founder to build a production operating system that converts digital design intent into reliable, repeatable physical output at high quality.

What you'll do

• Redesign end-to-end production workflows for speed, consistency, and quality.
• Define rigorous QA gates from sample to repeatable production.
• Establish strong communication standards with suppliers and factories.
• Build playbooks for issue triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective action.
• Recommend measurable KPIs for throughput, defects, and predictability.

Ideal profile

• Deep experience in apparel manufacturing operations and quality systems.
• Strong practical understanding of fit, construction, tolerances, and defects.
• Evidence of improving production outcomes across multiple factories/vendors.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical, design, and operations stakeholders.
• Big plus: based in Poland and able to work from our Krakow office when needed.
• Strong plus: prior consulting work in scaling fashion or hardware-like ops.

Engagement scope

This role is consultancy-first. We want focused, high-leverage support without pretending this is an immediate full-time operating role.

If we work well together and company performance allows, this can evolve into part-time or full-time later.
