Role
You will work directly with the founder to architect the CAD core of our platform: geometry, fit logic, pattern generation, and robust outputs that production can execute with minimal manual intervention.
Our ambition is to build the "Figma for designing clothes": fast, collaborative, programmable, and production-aware.
What you'll do
- Define the technical direction for our digital garment design pipeline.
- Improve geometry, grading, and pattern workflows for high-variance body data.
- Recommend architecture for CAD-to-production data contracts and integrations.
- Advise on build-vs-buy decisions across tools, kernels, and automation.
- Identify failure modes early and propose practical, high-leverage fixes.
Ideal profile
- Deep hands-on CAD experience in production environments (not only prototypes).
- Strong geometric reasoning and comfort with complex constraints systems.
- Ability to bridge technical depth with clear recommendations for operators.
- Strong plus: compiler experience, custom DSL design, or constraint solver expertise (for example parametric systems, SAT/SMT, optimization tooling).
- Big plus: knowledge of garment construction, fashion workflows, or made-to-measure production realities.
- Strong plus: experience at top CAD/product companies or hard-tech startups.
Engagement scope
This role is consultancy-first. We are looking for focused high-impact advisory and implementation guidance, not an immediate full-time hire.
If collaboration is strong and company performance supports it, we are open to expanding into part-time or full-time over time.
